Light Residency

A flexible entry point designed for instructors and creatives who are testing recurring formats while establishing their presence.

Commitment:
Minimum 4 bookings per month (1.5 hours booking minimum)
Fixed day and time reserved weekly or bi-weekly
Monthly prepayment
Rate: $95/hour

Standard Residency

Our most popular option — designed for those running regular classes and building a consistent client base.

Commitment:

Minimum 8 bookings per month (1.5 hour booking minimum) or 6 bookings pere month (2 hour minimum)
Fixed weekly schedule
Monthly prepayment

Rate: $85/hour

Biweekly Residency

Designed for those hosting intentional, less frequent sessions while maintaining a consistent presence in the space.

Commitment:

Minimum 2 bookings per month (3 hour minimum per booking)
Fixed dates (e.g., every other Saturday or bi-weekly schedule)
Monthly prepayment

Rate: $95/hour

Please email [email protected] with a list of days/times that you would like to book your residency, so our team can check for conflicts. Spots are limited.

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
Music is not permitted in Oasis between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm during the week. Weekends are permitted.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time.
